Google announced that they are updating their search algorithm to promote “mobile-friendly” sites above others on mobile searches. You can test your site here:

It may just take a few tweaks to get your site fixed or it could be a major update. You need to do this or your competitors will be served up before you.
Eventually, this change will make its way to desktop searches as well, so even if you don’t care about mobile traffic you should update your site. Also, you should care about mobile.
Do it by April 21st.
