StandingDesk

I converted my desk to a standing desk back in January and I love it!  I thought I would just try it out for awhile, but I’m still loving it and would suggest everybody try it.

Sitting in a chair all day is not good for your back.  Standing is more natural for your spine and it can’t be good to just sit all day.  The thing is, I didn’t make the switch for health reasons…

Standing just gives me more energy.  I’m move around more, get into the music I’m listening to, stand back and look at the stuff I’m doing, and generally get more jazzed up about my work.  I would hate to go back to sitting now.
